Return Policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

How to Start a Return
Contact us at info@tandemstudiostoronto.com to initiate a return. If accepted, we’ll provide instructions for sending your package.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can address the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products (special orders or personalized items), tights, and undergarments. Please reach out with any questions about your specific item.
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
For exchanges, return the item you have, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
